QueryBob provides easy access to E-Rate data via rich filtering tools designed for Service Providers, E-Rate Consultants, Manufacturers, and State E-Rate Coordinators.

Our databases are updated daily with new information directly from USAC. 470 Service Request details are uniquely interfaced with all relatable data from the 471 Funding Requests, to provide an integrated, filterable picture of current requests, past awards, contract expirations, budget limits, invoice line item details and disbursement history.

Information can be viewed through our dashboard and can be e-mailed, reported, exported, or mapped. We can also provide customized interfacing with your CRM - such as Salesforce; custom data views and custom reports to meet any special requirements that you may have.

We at QueryBob are not E-Rate Consultants, but we provide E-Rate data and assistance in understanding and filtering that data to help your organization successfully compete in the E-Rate world.   • Disbursements (New!) can generate a Detailed Disbursement Report for a Filing Entity or a specific FRN, either with or without a specific date range.
     

• The 470 Query tool can send daily or weekly notification e-mails based on different filters and includes special update e-mails for RFP changes to any Form 470s referenced in previous notification e-mails.
• The 470 Query tool also gives you filtered searching for Form 470s to research 470s and related information filed by your clients or prospects. This tool allows for searches for Category 1 or 2, location, size, RFPs, CID, and other factors, along with free-form keywords for ad hoc or saved searches.

Additional work beyond six hours is billable at $125 per hour.

For example, a common request is a CRM integration/interface. QueryBob will create a custom interface for easy input to SalesForce or other CRM applications. This is a custom design process, due to the nature of SalesForce and the data involved and is accomplished by one of the two following methods – depending on which one best meets your needs.

1. Attach a CSV or an Excel file to a daily email. This file would be formatted with the specific fields that you need to manually import into SF. Before import, you would be able to pre-qualify the leads and delete the leads that don't qualify.
2. Post directly to a SF Form to update your SF directly with leads from your daily e-mails. This would give you less of an opportunity to pre-qualify before updating SF. However, tightening the filters and keywords can get pretty precise in pulling the leads you want.

A QueryBob Daily E-mail is a saved search which filters the leads (E-Rate Form 470s) or FRNs (E-Rate Funding Request/awards) but which is additionally set up to email a summary of those items to you daily. With or without a customized interface for SalesForce, these may also include a spreadsheet of desired fields. The version set up for SalesForce inclusion requires that you give us an exact layout of fields/sizes required for your SF, allowing us to set up an export file to map fields to your file requirements. For example: Entity Number, Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Main Contact: E-Mail Address, Telephone. We can also provide a link field in the file that would point back to QueryBob for 471 History, current original 470 file, etc.

Once the best method for interface and desired fields have been chosen, we work with your SalesForce technology team to handle the technical details and develop the interface – which can be done quickly once the ground work has been laid.

Anyone who has had to look up information from multiple Form 470s or Form 471s understands what the problem is: there is useful, time-sensitive data at USAC's Schools and Libraries Division which is difficult to access because their system is not built for the convenience of users.
